What does InnoTech Attendee Registration give me access to?

 

InnoTech General Registration gives you access to all of the InnoTech Conference sessions, InnoTech keynotes, exhibits and vendor seminars. It does not include the CIO Gala Luncheon, Women in Tech Summit luncheon, or the ISSA Security Summit Luncheon. Special Events @ InnoTech include lunch and require separate registration.
(Important Note: the CIO Gala Luncheon is for executive level IT professionals only)

 

If I am registered for a Special Event @ InnoTech, do I need to register for InnoTech also?


No, your registration for the a special event at InnoTech INCLUDES access to general InnoTech sessions and exhibits.

 

What are the times of the InnoTech Conference sessions?


There are numerous high quality educational sessions throughout the day. Click here for a current list of conference sessions & times.

 

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?

 

Attendee Registration is open from 7:30am to 4:00pm on April 30. To make your registration experience quick and easy, pre-register online and bring your confirmation with you (on your device works great!). Badges are printed quickly on-site. All participants (attendees, exhibitors, and speakers) are required to have an official event badge to attend.

 

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?


All attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech.

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?

Yes, you can; however, please email us to do so. The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

 

What if I can’t attend after I’ve registered?


Registrations are non-refundable; however, are transferrable to an eligible participant. Please contact InnoTech registration at 503-544-5266 at least 24 hours prior to the event start date to transfer your registration to someone else.

 

Are students allowed to attend?


Sorry, InnoTech is a professional trade event and attendance is limited to qualified IT professionals over the age of 18.

What is your Code of Conduct?

 

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

 

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter, and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
